Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Order invoice or proof of purchase is required

Exchange or return requests based on personal liking, color preference, or change of mind are not accepted.
Slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
Since many of our products are handcrafted, minor embroidery or thread variations are natural and are not considered defects.
We offer one-time size exchange subject to product availability.
Customers may need to bear applicable reverse pickup or shipping charges for size exchanges.

Last size products may not be eligible for exchange.
Customized or altered products cannot be exchanged.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos and a proper unboxing video for verification
Without a proper unboxing video, claims related to damage or missing products may not be accepted.
After verification, our team will provide a suitable resolution.
For eligible prepaid orders, refunds may be processed to the original payment method or provided as store credit.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are generally provided as store credit or exchange only.
Refunds (if approved) are usually processed within 7–10 working days after the product passes quality inspection.
Reverse pickup service is subject to availability at your location.
A small reverse pickup or shipping fee may apply.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product to our return address.
Products must be packed properly before handing over to the courier partner.
Return or exchange is not applicable on:
Sale or discounted products
Customized or altered items
Clearance sale products
Accessories or free gifts
International orders
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
